The styles and abilities of the Industrial Water Filtration Systems have lately grown with stunning speed. The systems can now handle a minimum of 600 bottles within an hour and produce much purer water than before. This amount is six times more than the volume these systems could provide just a few years ago.
In an effort to remain competitive in the mid- and high-range industrial water filtration systems products, Chinese boiler suppliers are changing their R&D to focus on improving the performance of their boilers.
The quality of the processed water is yet another important issue that many engineers have taken up. Several companies are now offering systems with a mono-block base that includes the washing and filling tanks, stopping dust and other particulates from contaminating the system.
What’s more, pieces of the filtering equipment that make physical contact with the water are built with corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
In the majority of the newly marketed Industrial Water Filtration Systems, three to five washing booths are included, each having the ability to sterilize the inner and outer sides of the bottle in one operation. For the best sterilization, some water bottling units also come with heating as well as drying operations.
For a more effective and accurate unit, the stages of washing, filling and capping are fully automatic using a programmable logic controller (PLC). This is just a specialized computer engineered for multiple input and output processing. Manufacturers could purchase PLCs from Panasonic, Siemens and LG.
The reliable construction of today’s industrial water filtration systems enables them to function in a punishing range of temperatures and intense vibrations thus elongating the production life of the machine.
Considering things from the production angle, though, most bottled water manufacturers are not in a hurry to invest in new technologies in industrial water filtration systems because of the detailed process of changing the system. They are concerned that renovation might cause replacing the entire system, leading to a potentially increase in the cost of manufacturing.
Aquaworks Commercial RO Water Filter/Water Purifier: This is a commercial 2-stage RO water purification system that is usually used by quite a few industries: pulp and paper production, mining, chemical, agricultural, and machine manufacturing, just to name a few.
Shenzhen Seawater Desalinator with Power of 5.5W: This filter has the best performance with a very low production cost. The Shenzhen desalinator is surprisingly compact and can easily fit in whichever place you require, with simple installation, single point button operation, and appropriate for any sea water source. This is not merely protected from corrosion, but the Shenzhen Desalinator even uses the world’s most effective membrane modules and pumps for high-quality performance.
Drinking Water/Beverage Filling Line with Combined Units: This equipment incorporates a filler-capper and a rinser, suitable for filling one-gallon bottles with liquid. The amount of the product in each container is dictated by your chosen filling time and caps are automatically capped. Its electric controllers are located at separate stations for efficient use.
